You can retrieve real-time actuator positions (0-100% opening) from TRVs, heat source feedback (run-status/error codes) from the Master Controller, and granular room-level temperature/humidity trends. This high-fidelity data allows your AI algorithms to build accurate building thermal models.

How does the system ensure safety if our HEMS gateway goes offline?

Our solution features Fail-safe Local Logic. In the event of a gateway or cloud disconnection, the Master Controller and terminal devices fall back to pre-configured local safety setpoints. This ensures continuous freeze protection and overheat prevention for the heat pump and hydronic circuits, protecting the hardware until the connection is restored.

Is the hardware compatible with both high-inertia (UFH) and fast-response (Radiator) systems?

Yes. The system is designed for Hybrid Topology. Our controllers can manage slow-response Underfloor Heating (UFH) and fast-response Radiators simultaneously under a single platform. We provide optimized control logic to prevent Short Cycling of the heat pump, maximizing the system’s SCOP even in mixed terminal environments.
