Our controllers provide model-specific support for a wide range of equipment, including Split Systems, Rooftop Units (RTU), and PTACs. We offer dedicated versions for Single-stage and Multi-stage (2H/2C) configurations to ensure perfect hardware-software synergy.

Does the thermostat support 2-stage heating and 2-stage cooling?

Yes. Our advanced models are engineered for 2-stage heat/2-stage cool logic, allowing the system to switch between stages based on indoor load, optimizing energy efficiency and comfort.

What are the fan control options?

Depending on the model, we support 3-speed fan (High/Med/Low) control or single-speed configurations, catering to different airflow requirements of fan coil units or AHUs.

How does the controller protect the HVAC compressor?

Reliability is our priority. Every controller features built-in Compressor Short-Cycle Protection. By enforcing a minimum off-time delay, it prevents the compressor from rapid cycling, which is the leading cause of premature hardware failure.

Will my settings be lost during a power outage?

No. Our controllers utilize Permanent Memory Retention (Non-volatile memory). All programmed schedules and configuration parameters are safely stored, ensuring the system resumes operation immediately after power is restored.

Can these controllers be integrated into a Building Automation System (BMS)?

Absolutely. We offer specialized models with Modbus RTU compatibility. Via a standard RS485 interface, multiple DX thermostats can be seamlessly integrated into a centralized BMS for unified data monitoring and control.
