SCU210 5-Zone Wiring Center

5 independent thermostat and actuator channels support zone-by-zone temperature management for up to 5 rooms. Each zone receives separate thermostat commands to drive its designated actuators, preventing heating in unoccupied areas.

Available in hardwired (Wired) and RF wireless (Wireless) variants. Wired model supports pre-routed cables in new construction, with full physical immunity to interference. Wireless model uses a high-frequency anti-interference protocol and requires no wall-chasing, suitable for retrofits and simplified installation.

Terminal blocks provide connections for circulating pumps, valves, thermal actuators, room thermostats, hot water timers, and volt-free boiler interlocks. The interface supports various system configurations and boiler switching voltages.

When any zone calls for heating or hot water, the wiring center aggregates signals instantly and triggers the corresponding zone valves and hydronic loops simultaneously. Signal dispatching ensures heat delivery on demand.

Isolated volt-free (Dry Contact) output terminal interlocks with gas boilers, heat sources, and circulation pumps. The unit sends start/stop signals to the heat source only when at least one zone calls for heat and its corresponding valve is fully open, preventing dry running and short-cycling.

DIN-rail compliant enclosure fits standard electrical distribution boxes and HVAC control cabinets. Screwless quick-fit structure.
