SCU211 8-Zone Heating & Cooling Wiring Center

Dynamic changeover signal inputs and mode-switching logic transition between heating and cooling modes. Coordinates room thermostats with 2-wire/4-pipe zone valves and heat/chilled water sources for seasonal operation in radiant floor heating and ceiling cooling installations.

12V extra-low voltage (SELV) power supply for all thermostat signal lines and sensor terminals. Low-voltage design reduces electrical shock hazards during installation and maintenance.

Terminal blocks provide connections for circulating pumps, valves, thermal actuators, room thermostats, hot water timers, and volt-free interlocks. Supports various system configurations, boiler switching voltages, and heat pump signal terminals.

Automated coordination algorithms aggregate zone calls across all 8 zones. Coordinates actuator opening times with pump activation for both heating loops and chilled water valves. Prevents fluid stagnation.

Isolated volt-free (Dry Contact) output terminals interlock with boilers, heat pumps, chillers, and primary circulation pumps. Sends start/stop and mode signals only when active zones demand heating or cooling. Prevents dry running, short-cycling, and thermal shock.

DIN-rail compliant enclosure fits standard electrical distribution boxes and HVAC control cabinets. Screwless quick-fit structure.
